A little clarity
before we begin.
Common questions about planning, building, and operating your software.
01Can we inquire without a complete specification?
Yes. Describe your current workflow, the problem, and the outcome you need. We can identify what should be reviewed first. Detailed discovery or specification work may require a separate scope and fee.
02Can I see pricing instantly on the website?
No. The website does not calculate or display prices. Select the pages and features you need and submit a quote request. After email verification and an intake review, our team will review the scope and email you a quote. We may ask follow-up questions or suggest a meeting first. Submitting a request does not create a contract.
03Do you build English-language websites?
Language-specific pages and content management can be scoped. Implementing supplied translations is separate from professional translation and copywriting. Pricing depends on the languages and content readiness.
04Do you also develop mobile and offline software?
We assess mobile apps, desktop software, on-site systems, and device integrations. The available scope depends on the platforms, devices, connectivity, and existing environment.
05Can you work with an existing system or codebase?
We review access rights, licensing, the environment, and the system’s condition. The assessment can distinguish a full rebuild from targeted improvements.
06Can people review an AI system’s work?
Review, approval, and escalation steps can be included. Permissions and approval conditions for external messages, data changes, and financial actions are scoped separately.
07Does a private LLM server mean training a model from scratch?
Normally, it means deploying and operating a suitable existing model in your environment. Additional training, fine-tuning, or foundation-model training requires a separate assessment.
08Does exchange software development include regulatory authorization?
Software development is separate from authorization and legal review. Launch requirements must be assessed for the target jurisdiction, business model, and operator.
09Do I need an account or a business email to inquire?
No account is required, and personal email addresses are accepted. An email verification step helps confirm that you can receive our reply.
10Is a meeting confirmed when I submit the request?
No. We review the request and coordinate your preferred times with availability. The meeting is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation.
11Will we receive the source code and operating documentation?
Source and document handover, intellectual property, third-party licensing, and account or infrastructure ownership are agreed in the contract. Third-party components remain subject to their own terms.
12Are maintenance and new features the same service?
No. Fixing defects in agreed functionality, recurring care, and developing new features are separate. Support hours, effort, coverage, and fees are defined in the contract or maintenance agreement.
Let’s build the ground
for what comes next.
You don’t need a finished specification.
