Information entered on this website
The current inquiry tool organizes your request in your browser and prepares an email draft. Draft information is stored in the current tab’s session storage for up to 24 hours. You can clear it with the delete draft button or by closing the tab. Draft content is not submitted to our server. When you send the email, it is delivered through your email provider to Kunnworks.
Email inquiries
Names, email addresses, company or team details, and project requirements sent by email are used to review and respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, or coordinate meetings. Information is not retained unnecessarily after the inquiry purpose ends. Contact cso@kunnworks.com to request access, correction, or deletion. Records related to a separate contract are managed according to that contract and applicable retention requirements.
Access logs and storage
This website runs on AWS Lightsail in the Seoul region. The web server retains IP addresses, requested paths, access times, and browser information for up to 14 days for operation and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Updates
If email verification or online submission is introduced, this policy will be updated with the actual data, providers, retention periods, and any required consent.
