Information and purpose

We process your name, email address, reply language, request type, and requirements to discuss projects, review quotes, and coordinate meetings. Company, phone, budget, dates, and reference URLs are processed only if you supply them. Consent to collection and use and consent to overseas processing are requested separately, and the policy version is recorded. Do not submit sensitive data, account passwords, or API keys.

Drafting, email verification, and submission

Drafts are stored in the current tab’s session storage for up to 24 hours and can be cleared with Delete draft or by closing the tab. Choosing to submit transfers the request to our Seoul-region server and sends a six-digit email code valid for 10 minutes. Your request is formally received only after verification, when team and receipt emails are queued. The quote and meeting tools also let you copy or save a draft. If the submission service is unavailable, your draft is preserved so you can retry when the connection is restored.

Website retention and deletion

Hourly cleanup deletes unverified requests older than 24 hours and verified records older than 180 days from creation. Sent notification bodies are removed immediately after provider acceptance, and send records are deleted after 30 days. Codes are stored as cryptographic verification values and cleared on submission. Contact cso@kunnworks.com to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Separate correspondence, proposals, and contract records are managed for the consultation and under applicable contractual and legal retention requirements.

Email delivery and overseas processing

Processor: Elastic Email Inc. (Canada), privacy@elasticemail.com. It delivers verification codes, customer receipts, and team notifications and handles delivery status. Recipient addresses and verification content are transferred through an HTTPS API when a code is requested; recipient addresses, references, and notification content are transferred after submission. Team notifications include submitted contact details and requirements. Verification codes and receipts are composed as plain text without links or tracking images.

The provider reports processing at data centers in Canada, the United States, and the EU. It retains processing data as needed for service, security, and legal obligations, separately from our website’s 180-day deletion policy. Its terms permit deletion of email records after 14 days; this does not guarantee all data is deleted within 14 days. The provider’s policies explain further details and rights contacts.

You may decline overseas processing. Online verification and submission then remain unavailable, but you can contact cso@kunnworks.com directly. Direct email is handled under the processing terms of the sender’s and recipient’s email providers.

Access logs and abuse prevention

The website and inquiry data run on AWS Lightsail in Seoul. Server logs retain IP addresses, paths, times, and browser information for up to 14 days for operations and troubleshooting. Rate-limit identifiers use keyed hashes of IP and email addresses for up to 24 hours. Per-IP limits, automated-submission checks, and repetitive or promotional content filters help prevent abuse. We use no advertising or analytics trackers or tracking cookies and serve fonts and images from our own server.

We update this page and its effective date when processing, providers, or retention changes.
